    Great plugin, thanks!
    1) How to remove the WP banner from showing up after user logs in?
    2) How to use my theme for the password reset page that users get when clicking the link in the email? And how to make it a 1 step process, now they get an email with a link to reset password this sends them another email with a link to WP to change password.
    3) How to add a logout page?

    1. What WP banner are you talking about?
    2. Thats how WordPress works.
    3. to add a logout link to your site, edit your theme template and add
    <?php echo do_shortcode('[link-logout]'); ?>
