    Hi Michael,

In order to speed up the process of solving this issue, would it be possible to receive an export of your form (instructions on exporting a form can be found at https://docs.gravityforms.com/exporting-a-form-from-gravity-forms/) by sending it to hello@webholism.com?

Many thanks for your time and assistance.

    Kind regards.

    Hi Michael,

We are glad that by using the new method (version 3.0.2 and after) of defining columns (the Column Start, Column Break, and Column End buttons) resolves the problems that you have been experiencing.

As mentioned, we will investigate to see why the original method seems to cause problems, and would like to thank you for taking the time to let us know about the plugin’s operation.

Please contact us if you have any further comments or feedback.

    Kind regards.
