 * I’m using Alex King’s “Dots” template on my site, [http://www.neiluchitel.com](http://www.neiluchitel.com),
and while the left column readjusts itself dynamically according to what gets
posted there, the right column I have to keep adjusting manually in the CSS.
Meaning, I’m constantly using the “top” variable in CSS to define how far down
each menu item occurs. Is there a way in CSS to have the right side dynamically
assign space to menu items like the left side does? Or, is this just a two-column
template that has a 3rd column that isn’t dynamic? I really really like this
template, but I’m getting tired of manually adjusting the right column.
    Thx!

 * I would suggest that you switch to Trident.
Dots came about as a faux 3 col
layout that requires no changes to index.php. For the functionality you want,
   give it a look. [http://www.atthe404.com/trident/](http://www.atthe404.com/trident/)

 * My vote goes for the [Vesuvius](http://www.atthe404.com/vesuvius/) because of
   its flexibility.

 * Good to know 😉
Actually I did not “hack” the index.php that came with the Vesuvius,
I just played around with the CSS file.

 * Hey all. I’m having an issue with the css file and a three column design in Internet
explorer. The deal is that after the text hits a certain legnth down the page
the text moves to the left. This does not occur in firefox at all. I’ve temperarly
fixed it by extending the left region down futher. here is my [website ](http://www.KrobLife.com/blog/).

 * I can, but I also can see some errors in the code… Try to clean it up and post
back if you still have problems.
