3.5.6 Impacting Font Awesome display for other plugins

    Hi there,

    Since updating to v3.5.6, I’ve noticed that the display of Font Awesome icons used by other plugins has been impacted, namely their spacing and/or alignment (e.g. Expandable Row for Beaver Builder; WooProduct Slider)

    The changelog for v3.5.6 mentions “Update Font Awesome fonts library to version 7.2”. This appears to have perhaps somehow impacted the display of Font Awesome fonts in locations other than this plugin?

    Could you please review and advise?

    For the time being, rolling back to v3.5.5 has resolved the issue.

    Hello @willep

    Can you please update the plugin again and share a screenshot where you are facing the issue?

    Also we have given an option where you can disable “Font Awesome CSS” from Post Slider and Carousel –> Misc

    Hi there,

    Please see comparison image below for the issue being experienced for the two plugins.

    Thank you for the advice on disabling “Font Awesome CSS”. This corrected the issue for other plugins, though does remove the Font Awesome icon from the post slider.
