    Hi there

I don’t know if this is on a paid version or not, but the latest version broke our website.

We have cloned the site (with it DAd on the live one), and when the plugin is ON, it kills the design. OFten breaking to 404s internally.

With it all – all is well.

    Simon

    Update on this ticket.

I removed WooComm. Reinstalled. Reinstalled this plugin (instead of the paid one) and now even tho “Bespoke” for example is a label on a product, anbd no other label – it shows ALL labels on said product.

    Hope you can help.

    Hello,

What exactly page cause error 404 when plugin enabled? Do you mean some page builder pages?

    Regards,

All internal pages, no matter what they are. Homepage is fine. And on the Category pages, the labels all line up one after the other, even if only one is set, when we tested this with the free version on a cloned copy of the site.

Just an update. We have a ticket on your Paid account, but we don’t jave one. Trying to find out the email address that has the paid account for the website in question.

If we cannot locate we may just buy it – but I don’t know why the Free one breaks the design.

    Update on this ticket.

Please be aware, there are no “tickets” on this site and there never has been. There are only support forum topics from opensource users such as your self.

It’s an important distinction. “Tickets” implies some sort of agreement with replies or that some sort of customer relationship is here. There are no customers on this site and there never has been.

That does not exist here and if the developer never replies, that is 100% fine. Please set your expectations appropriately.

For pro or customer support, please contact the developer on their site. This includes pre-sales information.

As the developer is aware, customers may not be supported on this site.

Right now we are using the FREE version of your plugin on a website that had the paid version.
Are you able to help with that?
