When you login, even without the plugin, it gets to the 403 page.
It looks like the plugin corrupte the index.php in admin or so…

We don’t modify WordPress settings or any PHP files.
Please, test login issue using “incongnito mode” in browser.
If you use caching plugin – purge cache.
I tested that, didn’t work either.
Please, try to disable other plugins.
