    I’m getting this too.

    Using PHP 7 and WordPress. All plugins up-to-date. Tried deleting and re-uploading via FTP but same result. No obvious plugin conflicts. Issue is resolved when plugin has been deactivated or deleted.

    I can confirm the same here!
    website down!
    workaround: to move the plugin out, so it no longer loads. even re-installing did not help 🙁
    please fix it. And let me know if I can help you with someting.

    Workaround is to install the previous version of the plugin over the top of the updated one. See https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/google-calendar-events.3.1.20.zip as per KZeni’s post in another thread.

    Hey all-

    For now we removed the 3.1.21 version of the plugin and released 3.1.22 which contains the 3.1.20 code. This should allow users to auto update to the version without any issues as well as prevent anybody from downloading the version with the fatal error. Let me know if you have any issues getting the plugin activated again.

    We’ll be updating our testing and QA process to ensure that an issue like this doesn’t make it’s way to our users again. Sorry about this issue — thank you for being a user and supporting Simple Calendar!

    Had the same issue. Fun part is that all mine updated at 2am… Easiest thing to do is just go into your hosting site, find the plugin, and change the name of the php. Brought up all my pages. I logged into the site and was able to delete the program.

    I’m glad that I found what caused the website crash. Fixed it. Hope no more crashes next time.

    Hello Guys,
    I hope somebody has experience in fatal errors codes could help me with my problem,
    I’m facing an errors always once I login in my WordPress or even log out or using the dashboard, once I open the function.php file in my FTP and check all permission (write and read to 777) the fatal errors go, but after you do anything in dashboard or something again I get the same errors, the permission checks don’t stay as I edit always the 777 checks go and I need again to check them back, also I see the fatal in some pages, so once I check 777 write and read permission the fatal go, so I hope really somebody can help me with this.
