2nd sidebar on the right

    I am putting up a website and on the right side I want to have a sidebar that will list my 5 lastest blog post. When I load te RSS widget into my theme (catalyst) it bogs down my website. It also does not show my latest post.

    Should I be using something different to make this work? Any help is greatly appreciated
