2nd page with a single thin line

Whenever I print an invoice page, it always prints a second page with a single thin line on it. This happens everytime I print an invoice no matter how many items are on it.
As was suggested with the topic of a blank page being printed, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still happens.
I am using version 2.1.1

Here’s the screenshot. No matter how small the listing is or how many pages of invoice, there’s always that last blank page tacked on.
