2FA is not showing

    Hello,

    After I fill out my username/password on the maintenance page, I get error that username/password is incorrect.

    When I do exact same user/pass via wp-admin, then it shows me the 2FA screen and I can log in without issues.

    Note: I am using Wordfence 2FA logon for WordPress

    Hi,

    Normally other plugins are not loaded while Maintenance page is displayed to prevent errors or unintended content from showing on the Maintenance page while you are working on the website. But once the login form is submitted to the backend, Wordfence does get loaded but does not see the expected payload I assume. I have added to our ToDo list to look into a solution for this, but can’t really give you any estimate on when/if it will be fixed as it’s likely not 5 min.

    Thanks on the clarification.

    Yes – I expected this to be “not easy fix” 😁

    In the meantime, I am accessing via wp-admin.
