My apologies for the super delayed response!
I reviewed your first screenshot, and it looks to me that you’re trying to register only the Mobile App method during the 2FA prompt.
Is this correct? If so, the greyed-out “Continue” button and the loop behavior are due to Solid Security not allowing the Mobile App to be the only 2FA method chosen by the user for security purposes. We explained more about that here: Cannot proceed with 2FA Onboarding when only the Mobile App method is enabled
To resolve, a different 2FA method must be enabled together with the Mobile App method.
