[resolved] 2CO Payment not send email (2 posts)

    Hi all,
    I have the problem that when a customer pays by 2CO and he returns to the site, the url /transaction-results/, he can see correctly all the detail of the order but the email order he never receives and the administrator site too. Nobody recieves an email of the detail. Into the administrator we can see the order as "Accepted Payment"

    However, if the customer selects to pay with "Test Gateway" when he sees all the details of the order he receive an email with the same detail and also receive an email the administrator with details of the order. this is the correct way.

    I use this detail: https://www.2checkout.com/shopping-cart/wpe-commerce/ and plugin.

    Someone can help me? Or someone has the same error?

    You would have to contact the gateway developers to update their code or hire someone to do it for you.
