Sort Events By Most Recent

    I would like to have my most recent events appear at the top of the events page, not at the bottom.

    For example: I have a past event on June 22nd, 2016 and I have an event I just created. When I view the Events page, all of my new events are appearing at the bottom of the page while the June 22nd, remains at the top.

    I would like my upcoming events be the first thing my visitors see.

    Do I have to modify the PHP files?

    Dates appear in chronological order, which I think is what you’re after. If you just reversed the ordering, the future-most event will would appear at the top.

    If don’t show past events, then that will be put your upcoming events first. How you do that will depend on how you’re displaying the events. Widgets will have settings, and shortcodes will have their own attributes (see the docs: docs.wp-event-organiser.com).
