Site restored from backup, but posts, pages, can't connect

Somehow my WordPress site was deleted by either me or my host, Inmotion Hosting.

I have a full backup which I made by exporting the database directly from PHP My Admin.

I’ve reinstalled the database and can see the text of my original posts and pages.

If I go into the Dashboard and try to list all pages or posts, I get a partial list. Clicking the links in the list doesn’t bring up the page or post– it says the page or post has been moved.

The information is there, but I can’t figure out how to connect it.

Would really appreciate some help.
