Don't know how to add Yoast SEO to my site

    Hi
    I want to add Yoast SEO to my WordPress.org site. But I don’t know how!

    I’ve downloaded the free package. Then what? Everyone assumes users have a degree in astrophysics. We don’t! So when it says ‘Upload the wordpress-seo folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory’ we don’t know how to do this. All I have is my Dashboard. So can someone please give me a step-by-step process please? How do I access my directory? How do I login?

    Please don’t assume us simple users know how WordPress works. We don’t.
