    I previously ranked this one star due to lack of follow-up communication and trying to get a standard free plugin feature fixed, however, after the bad review, the author reached out immediately and offered to resolve the problem and did just that in a timely fashion. The plugin now works as expected and work very well I might add. Thank you for the support.

    Hi John,

    I might have resolved it once I asked you to write to me. You might have written and I could not find our correspondence. I agree your query followup via email might have slipped out of my sight but it would have helped for just reminding on email and I always try to cater to customer and user’s query.

    This is a one of case but you are entitled to your review. Could you just send me follow up reminder email and I’ll see what I can do (starting Monday). If that helps resolve your issue probably you can change your mind and your rating.

    We’ve conversed via email twice, August 5th and August 8th. Nieht time you replied to me. I gave you my login info and never heard back. I’m willing to take you up on your offer to fix this problem so once I’m done here, I will email you privately again.
