Fee for multicurrency

    Hi, using the pro version of your plugin which I love, I enabled the fee per gateway.
    Basically I have fee on payment above 2000
    As I also am using the multi currency selector I would imagine that the fee would apply when the default currency reach 2000, instead it’s applied whenever there’s a total of 2000, no matter the currency.

    Is it possible to have this more integrated with the rest of the plugin? i.e. if the fee is applied over £2000 and the user is buying in $, the amount needed in dollar is £2000 x exchange rate.

    As an alternative I could setup the minimum amount manually for each currency.
