  • Hi. I’m going to need a little more information to help you.

Are you saying that the plugin is working (redirecting non-admins) but that those non-admins users can still edit their profiles? If so, there’s a User Profile Access” option in the settings page to disable that.

Hi, yes, i have the plugin set for administrators only and have unticked allow users to edit their profile. When i then login as a non admin I still see the profile link under the website name. Dashboard is not there but profile is? thanks for your time, appreciate it.

OK. Does clicking the Profile link take you there or bounce you back out to the homepage? I’m trying to determine if

    1. For some reason the profile link is simply not hidden but doesn’t work.
    2. The profile link is not hidden and does work

    Thanks for your patience.

Hi, it clicks through to the profile settings. Preferably I would rather users who are subscribers not to see the Admin bar at all. It looks rather unprofessional.
http://Www.parkwyddnjfc.uk is the website in question. Subscriber is the default user seeing upon signup.

Has this been resolved? I’m having the same issue. Even though Dashboard User Access is set to Administrators only and the User Profile Access: is unchecked a subscriber can see the Admin Bar. If a subscriber is trying to access the wp-admin they are redirected to the homepage, but the admin bar is still present. Is there any issues with the Skeleton Theme? Also this was working until the latest wordpress update. Thanks for any help

Hi there, I have the same issue,
A member, can still see the Dashboard Access.
And can see in the dashboard the Profile
When click the dashboard it goes to home page – ok
When click in itens in dasboard acess profile, does not go to wordpress-back-end – ok.
But is possible to hide the Dashboard Access to members, because this will confuse them.
