Timeline not responsive

    Hello, sorry to create a new topic.

    I’ve noticed my timeline is not responsive when on mobile.
    I use “Device Theme Switcher” plugin to display a mobile version of my theme. But even when desactivated, the timeline is not reponsive (tried to desactivate all my others plugins to – no results).

    Have you got an idea of what’s going wrong ?

    Hi Justine,

    Can you share a link to your timeline for inspection? The respnsive styles are built into the plugin itself.

    I’ve noticed something else. I can not activate the one-colum addon, an error message appears saying that Timeline Express is not installed … So maybe it’s an installation problem ?

    HI Justine,

    The responsive styles appear to be working fine on my end. The break points seem to be working, and things look fine on smaller screens (At least on my end).

    Also, what message are you seeing when you try and attempts to activate the single column add-on?

    Hi Evan,

    Thanks for checking the issue. I’m glad it works on your end … Any idea why is see two colums on my mobile (i tested with differentes phones and browers) ?

    About the error message, i get this :

    Timeline Express Single Column Add-on could not be activated because Timeline Express is not installed and active.
    Please install and activate Timeline Express before activating this addon.

    I can no longer see the timeline, so I can’t do much further testing.
