Page jumps up after form submit

Hello!

When using Internet Explorer and the form on this website:
http://compefy.se/los-ditt-kompetensbehov/

After hitting submit (with all the fields filled), you automatically get sent up and cannot view the message. This happens only in IE. The website makes a small jump upwards.

Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it?
