When opening hyperlinks to files using the cfdb-table shortcodes, the files open up in the same window.

Is it possible to open these files up in a separate/new page/window?

If so? How?

There is no simple support for that.

You would have to add some jQuery to set the target attribute on the A tags. It would be similar to this example:
