Finding New Theme
-
I am volunteering to manage http://tinyurl.com/znv2lpj, a site that someone else made.
I am fairly familiar with WP and I know some HTML, and a bit of CSS and php.
The site uses the ‘iEducation’ theme, http://newwpthemes.com/ieducation-free-wordpress-theme/. However, it is heavily altered with php.
All the pages are in php. None of them use the WP interface. If you go to a page from the dash, it just says the name of the page.
So, I found, to edit a page, I have to go to Editor, look for each page on the right, and edit it there, after making a copy in Sublime (a code editor).
For example, Home is index.php, ‘About’ Us is page-about_us.php.
Because of this, and the site is not responsive, I would like to redo the site with a normal theme, one that allows for eventbrite event listings and other things, like a Contact Form plugin and social media icons.
Can anyone suggest such a template?
