Can't get WP RSS Aggregator to work at all

    There’s clearly a lot of functionality on offer, and a lot of options for fine-tuning. Sadly, I can’t get the plug-in to work at all. The documentation doesn’t help my situation and the support response I had was not terribly helpful, as it didn’t address one of the most specific issues I reported.

    If this works for you, then that’s great. I’m happy for you. If it doesn’t, and you’d like a job as an unpaid forensic software engineer then that’s great too. Sadly, I don’t fit into either category.

    I’m sorry to hear about this. We strive to help all customers so we’d love to know what’s going on. I couldn’t find any messages in the premium support channel from a Brian L, did you use a different name/email address by any chance?

    I’d love to be able to help you out with your issues. Also, can you let us know which of our documentation pages weren’t helpful? I believe we have a substantially larger collection of docs than most plugins out there, so we’re always open to feedback on how to improve it.
