Problem Taxonomy filter Category

    When using the category filter, clicking on one of the grid images takes you to a post … but … the navigation at the bottom of these post pages includes other categories too. To clarify:

    http://www.leslielanders.com/category/sketchbook – Does not use The Post Grid. Navigation from individual posts includes only posts in the “sketchbook” category.

    http://www.leslielanders.com/paintings – Shows The Post Grid images for posts that are in the “gallery” category … but … when you click on an image and go to the post, the navigation at the bottom includes items in the “sketchbook” category also. I would the navigation to only include items in the “gallery” category.

    Can you think of a practical way to address this?

    Hello,

    In Detail page Next => Preview button don’t have relation with my post grid plugin. Post Grid only work for list view display.

    Let me explain why it will not work

    http://www.leslielanders.com/category/sketchbook/ this list direct category link see url so in detail page it get only that category it is theme functionality also.

    but http://www.leslielanders.com/the-old-romeo-pier/ this is page link so don’t get category as url so in detail page it don’t get category as parameter.

    I get it. Given this, I see 2 choices …

    #1 – I could create a new custom post type instead of using a category to drive the post grid plug in. (I am leaning this way).

    #2 – I could do something with WP_Query.

    Thanks for the great plug-in. I’ll mark this topic resolved but if you have further advice, on #1 vs #2, it will be welcome.
