save settings button disappeared?

    hi – i updated the ad-inserter plugin to version 1.6.7 and now the “save settings” button seems to have disappeared.

    i also get this error in the console:

    options-general.php?page=ad-inserter.php:5367 Uncaught ReferenceError: shSettings is not defined(anonymous function) @ options-general.php?page=ad-inserter.php:5367
