Having the same problem here too. I disabled it and is now working fine.
Some kind of conflict, the plugin is probably outdated. eBay Feeds Hasn’t been updated in almost a year.
As said there, I have been unable to replicate this. My versions are working fine, so there must be a conflict with a theme or plugin.
Could you see what is in the Console if you are using Chrome (see here – http://stackoverflow.com/a/66434/1317005)? And paste any errors here please?
The plugin uses minimal JavaScript, so not sure what could be the issue.

For some reason, it’s not loading up the javascript file. Could you log in (possibly via FTP) and go to /wp-content/plugins/ebay-feeds-for-wordpress/ and see if editor_plugin.js is there?
Could you also maybe try deleting the plugin and re-install it? I’ve checked the version on the WordPress Repository and that file is there, so unsure why yours is missing.
Your version doesn’t appear to have a file that it needs to load, which is causing the issue.
I’ll try and get that for you, the RSS is working fine, the Visual Editor just keeps getting knocked out.

We checked, Editor Plugin JS is there and we did uninstall and reinstall it several times.
Still not working.
