PHP Error Warnings in iThemes

Hi iTheme Folks,
We are also getting the message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 40 bytes) in …..wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1780.
It is intermittent and can occur at any time, to admin or user.

We have iThemes Version 5.6.0 and have been checking with query Monitor plugin and find 3 warnings/errors which we have no idea how to address or fix this.

Would appreciate your guidance. The 3 Query Monitor Data iThemse warnings are pasted below.
