Hey, I’m getting a 403 error when trying to create a package. I’ve seen other posts about having issues when running the installer, but not when creating a package. Strangely, I was able to scan the site once, went back to exclude directories, then was thrown a 403 error on rescan.

    What I’ve tried so far:
    1. Turned off all other plugins to troubleshoot
    2. Checked file permissions
    3. Recreated .htaccess file
    4. Uninstalled/reinstalled fresh plugin.

Also strange is that I just finished packaging another site on the same server with Duplicator and it worked perfectly.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

  • You may have a recursive link setup. I would create a root level filter to see if the scan completes, then add some top level filters like wp-content and so on to see which directory path the recursive link might be located in.
