• Hi,

I started using Multi Network yesterday on my WP Multisite. All goes well, I could handled the orphan issues direct on mysql.

I notice that my new networks/sites that I created do not have an insert on wp_blog_versions table like I had when create a new website on WP Multisite.

I am testing to upload files, edit users on new ones and seems they are working correct.

    Is that normal?

    Hey there,

This is a great question. wp_upgrade() is the function responsible for setting the version in wp_blog_versions, and as you may already suspect, this plugin does not call that function.

Rather, it calls wpmu_create_blog() when new sites are created, but that’s it.

So, wp_blog_versions will only get updated when you visit “Upgrade Network” from within the Network administration area, and go through the network upgrade process.
