the "Other" amount is not transfering to PayPal

    Hello,

    I love your plugin but I am having an issue with the “Other” field. It allows me to plug in a number…. I used 1.00 for testing, but when I hit Donate and get to PayPal it says $0.00 and asks me to enter an amount again. How can I get PayPal to recognize the amount I put in on my site. If you would like to test it this is the address https://kingdomnowtulsa.com/donate/

    So far the other amounts transfer to PayPal. Only the “Other”field is not working.

    OK so now I have another issue along with the one above. I am running version 4.0.17 and my repeating donations is not working. How can I fix this quickly. our site is already live and I need to get this resolved asap. Thanks.

    I’m not having any issues on my servers. Perhaps if you provide some more details. Usually, the best approach is to examine your log. To make things easier, I recommend going to your Settings tab in the Seamless Donations dashboard and make sure Debug Mode is turned off/unchecked (it’s near the bottom of the tab). Debug Mode sends a tremendous amount of information that is only needed in rare cases.

    Then go to the Log tab in the Seamless Donations dashboard, clear the log, then doing exactly one repeating donation cycle through to PayPal and back to when you get the “Thank you for your donation notice”, then go back to the Log tab, copy it, and then send it to me via http://zatzlabs.com/contact-us/ .

    I’m still having a problem too with the “Other” field listed in my first post. Any thoughts?

    Since I can’t repeat it, my best guess is there’s some sort of JavaScript conflict with your theme. Try switching, at least temporarily, to a standard theme and see if it works. That’ll let you know.
