    Can i use bootstrap glyphicon when I create page or post. Do I have to install some plugin for that?

    Yes, you can.
    Bootstrap glyphicon comes with Bootstrap 3 itself all you have to do is write html with class of glyphicon you want.
    You do not need to install any plugin.
    Example:
    <i class="glyphicon glyphicon-ok">&nbsp;</i>
