    Is there any support for this product at all? I have sent 4 email via your contact form on the web site and not received a reply. It is very frustrating!!

    We do provide support for Email Subscribers and we always try to reply to queries ASAP.

    We have received all your support queries in our system and we have replied to all of them. Can you please check if our replies are not ending up in your SPAM/JUNK folder of your mailbox.

    I received the first email from you 20 minutes ago. And NO I have none in spam/junk, of course I checked that before I left that comment.
