Event Booking Form Not Respsonsive

I don’t know whether I’m missing something, perhaps in the settings, but the booking form on my site – http://jaelex.com/events – is running over the edge of the screen on mobile phones. It’s not being responsive.

Is there anywhere in the settings, where I can reformat the booking form, to make it responsive?
