I just tried adding a comment on http://mchuge.net/2016/07/music-photos-from-2015/ and it seems to be working.

Yes, I tried a mishmash of theme changes and plug-in changes and it started working again. Sorry I didn’t track what I did. I think the main problem was the security plug-in, WP Security. Works fine without that and new theme. Using Jetpack security now only, heh.

I just updated my site for the first time in over a year and now new comments cannot be added. I was using an older theme (Thematic), WP Security and WP Touch and the comment field would show the header for the whole blog in the comment window after someone attempted to add a comment….
I updated the theme to Twenty Sixteen and disabled WP Security and WP Touch and now I get an “Invalid Data” error. The problem happens in other themes also.
Older comments (a few) still show on older posts. Any ideas what’s happening? Thank you!
