    I downgraded my review from three stars to one star.
    Three is finally here and after spending some time with it, there are some things that are kind of cool, the layout styles add-on for instance. But overall NF3 is buggy, is missing features that should have been obvious, is not user-friendly, has poor documentation, and is in many ways a step back from what Ninja Forms used to be. The Pricing fields seemed pretty straight forward until we realized we needed the shipping cost to update based on quantity. It seems like this would have been really easy in the old version. But now the conditional logic doesn’t seem as capable as it used to be and the calculations feature doesn’t even work, unless I’m doing something wrong, but should it really be that hard? I could go on with the list of complaints…

    I switched from Gravity Forms to Ninja Forms because it was easier to use and setting up Notifications was less confusing. The response of their support team was also much better than Gravity. I would have given 5 stars back then. Recently though the plugin has become buggy. We couldn’t delete fields, checkboxes in settings were getting unchecked, all kinds of uncanny things! And the support team hasn’t been as attentive recently. And for crying out loud the THREE IS COMING banner has been there for what seems like a year and THREE ISN’T HERE YET! Will revisit this review if things change.

    THREE taking so long to fully release is understandably frustrating. We’ve been rolling out to groups of users now for months because we want to make sure that it’s a great experience for everyone. Perhaps we’re being too careful, but with over 600k active installs we wanted to be very cautious.

    1. Notification emails are not sending. Plugin support team blamed our server even though other forms are sending properly. Was able to solve the problem (without the help of support) by deleting the form and rebuilding from scratch. HUGE waste of time!
    2. Recaptcha doesn’t work on 1 out of 9 forms on a single site. I suppose rebuilding from scratch might resolve this but I’ve already wasted so much time!
