Aesop Maps and Literatum

Hello, I am using Aesop version 1.7.8 and the WordPress theme Literatum.

However the Maps component does not seem to work. I cannot select a point on the map nor can I search in the “Starting Location” area. I am getting this image in the search bar: http://maps.gstatic.com/mapfiles/api-3/images/icon_error.png

Seems it may have broken with WordPress 4.5.3?
