New Update Causes my site to disappear

Hi there,

I got an alert from wordfence saying that I needed to upgrade, and when I went to do that, it caused my entire site to load blank white pages from the front end and the wp-admin.

I had to disable wordfence, which revealed my site again, but is highly undesired! Please help!
