Formatting Question (Menu Bar)

Hey guys,

I’m new here and have been pretty much been winging it as far as putting together a website. So far, so good (or at least pretty decent, all things considered).

Anyway, my question is:

How can I format my menu bar so there’s no excess space on the end? Take a look at mattducz.com; See how there’s that empty black space after “Hire Matt”?

Any help would be appreciated!
