cannot log in n site

    hello, i wanted to sign in, but it just doesn’t log me in and doesn’t give any error message. also, when i asked for resetting the password there is nothing in my mail, as well nothing in the spam. can you help?
    mail is [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ]
