Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/
and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve already deactivated all the plugins and activated just the once we use, nothing happen so far though.
I installed the “W3 Total Cache” plugin, but the whole configuration process is not explained that good, any other suggestions on caching plugins?
Thanks.

I haven’t used any personally for a while. I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/w3-total-cache so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
Are you saying the issue is linked to W3TC?

Hi,
I will log a request on the plugin page.
Thanks.
