Visual Editor not responding (TinyMCE error)

Hi all,

I just installed wordpress 4.5.3 and the visual tab is not working.
when looking at “Inspect” page (in chrome) I see alot of errors from tinymce.min.js :
tinymce.min.js?ver=4310-20160418 Failed to load: http://www.wordpressdomaintesting.com/wp-admin/http:/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/charmap/plugin.min.js

it looks like it try to load a corrupted URL ( when I try it – http://blog.website.wordpressdomaintesting.com/wp-admin/http:/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/charmap/plugin.min.js doesn’t work, but http://blog.website.wordpressdomaintesting.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/charmap/plugin.min.js does! )

[* that’s not the real domain, but it has the same structure]

any ideas how to solve this one?

(tried to deactivate all the plugins, change to different theme, and changing “the Disable the visual editor when writing” flag – but it didn’t work)
