Hello, Once installed I see this warning, but i don’t understand since I checked chmod using my ftp client and everything is set as required ( for folders – 755, for files – 644 ).
Warning: Not enough rights for folder /var/www/vhosts/siampl.it/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/pdf-print/mpdf/ttfontdata.
Please check and change permissions for your plugins` folder ( for folders – 755, for files – 644 ). For more info see Changing File Permissions and FAQ.
    Thank you for any suggestion!

    Hi,

Probably, you don’t have sufficient access permissions to files and folders.

To solve this, please try the following:

    1) Using FTP, go to the folder “{wp_root_folder}/wp-content/plugins/pdf-print”
    2) Check what permissions are set on the “mpdf” folder (755 must be set for the folder and 644 for files)
    3) If there are other permissions set, please change them.

    For more info see https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions.

Thank you, everything is set as required ( for folders – 755, for files – 644 ), so even that folder pdf-print is correct. I also checked the folder “ttfontdata” and is 755 too.
    Could be a server configuration?
This the error shown when i click on the icon PDF, what if can help.
    Can’t open file /var/www/vhosts/siampl.it/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/pdf-print/mpdf/ttfontdata/dejavusansmonoB.GSUBGPOStables.dat
    Thank you!

if I put 777 to all folder inside print-pdf and the problem seems to be solved. But as I can see now, no style is applied. Just plain black test on white. In settings I tried adding may own style but it does not change. Then it does not read vc composer shortcodes…
So now the permissions became a secondary thing….
    Thank you

    Hi,

Please specify where exactly you’re trying to add styles. If on the plugin settings page in “Custom Code” tab, then please note, these styles will be applied to the frontend only. If you want to add styles for PDF page version, it is necessary to check off “Add custom styles” option on the plugin settings page (“Settings” tab) and add styles to the appeared field.
