    Hi,

    Maybe there are some auto-insert items enables. To disable to disable them, go to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Manage Auto-insert. Then then off all the auto-insert items.

    Regarding the % discount questions, If I understand your question correctly, you cannot sort by discount rate as there are some items without a discount. To display discount information of a product, you would need to be familiar with coding PHP.

    I bought it and was being tested and was working well, but yesterday the plugin tells me:
    Failed authentication. In With Amazon API Key and Secret Access Key Access.

    I have saved data, but says failed authentication, although the %price% of Products updated

    Hi,

    If you are a Pro user, you can use the priority email support. The address is written in the purchase receipt.

    As for the problem, the worst scenario is you got banned from Amazon. Let’s hope not so.

    You may want to try creating a new search unit for testing. If the authentication is still failing internally, you would not be able to display products at this point.

    If it displays products properly, I’m not sure why you get the Disconnected message in the setting page. In that case, you can simply reinstall the plugin.
