Cookies not retaining

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. First (and obviously), is your browser accepting cookies? What are you using for a shortcode?

    I’m having this issue as well. This is my short code.

    [content_protector password="#####" cookie_expires="15 minutes" identifier="download"][wpdm-all-packages items_per_page="100" jstable=1 order_by="field_name" order="ASC"][/content_protector]

    If you have any idea what is going on please let me know. It works when I’m logged in, but once I log out I have to relogin every time. And yes my browser is accepting cookies.

    I am having the same problem, if I password protect a page, then leave it, it will not save the cookie. How do I set it to retain for a span of 30 days?
