I am having the same problem. I have added a number of rules. Just the ‘No Shipping Methods’ warning. Now urgent for me. Supposed to set the site live for a client.

The ‘No Shipping Methods’ warning means there are no rules matching an order. Try creating a rule without conditions (i.e. no Order Weight and Order Subtotal restrictions). If it doesn’t work there is something else preventing shipping calculation from functioning properly. Try disabling other plugins to see if it fixes an issue.

Tried many ways, but still does not work, pretty sure one of the updates caused this issue as it has been working fine before. Please have a look at it. The website is http://www.metabond.co and the issue happens when you chosse the paypal option and proceed the checkout. At the confirmation page the shipping cose not added to the basket

Been fixed, it was a Paypal issue not the plugin
