Wordfence not sending emails when pics is activated

    Hi,

    Wordfence security is a plugin and firewall for wordpress. The plugin sends notification emails to the site administrator when predefine conditions are met. When Picu is activated on the site alongside wordfence, these emails no longer send. As soon as Picu is disabled, wordfence is again able to send these administrative emails.

    Any help in resolving this conflict would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks for getting in contact with us about this issue.
    I just tested on a local install and wordfence seems to be having no problems sending test emails when picu is installed.
    To further investigate, we would need some more information about your site. Could you navigate to picu > Settings > Debug Info, copy the whole table and send it to support@picu.io?

    Hi, sorry for the delay.

    We have tried a few things to find out whats going wrong, but until now we weren’t able to reproduce the error.

    Have you tried to deactivate all other plugins and test with just wordfence and picu? Just to make sure it’s not an issue with one of the other plugins. Also, are only the mails from wordfence affected or other email messages too?

    Hi, I disabled all of my plugins except for wordfence and picu. The test emails would not send. As soon as i disabled picu it started working again.
