You can already use the [jetpack_subscription_form] shortcode to add your subscription forms anywhere on your site:

THank you! I’ll try that. First, I got the “Jetpack Better Follow Button” for my site. It does not work for me. Twice, I test-sunscribed using this floating subscription form. I never got email requests to confirm follow. The support forum for this plugin is inactive and has been for months. I have the Jetpact Subscription activated so I don’t understand why the Follow button isn’t working. I had to get rid of other subscription plugins that don’t work. I’m
struggling to get subscribers and this doesn’t help.

I tried the Jetpact Subscription form on myself, which I embedded on one of my posts. It does not work either. I’ll never get any subscribers this way if I can’t find a subscription form that actually works.

I tried using the form on your site, and it seems to be working properly. I subscribed to your blog, and you can now see my email address in your subscriber list.
It’s worth noting that confirmation emails are only sent once, so if you previously attempted to subscribe but never clicked on the link in the confirmation email, you won’t receive a new email if you use the subscription form again today.
