Disable "Word Press" from appearing in the From

Look into the Sender Override setting. It is on the plugin settings page (Dashboard > Settings > Email Users). You may also want to look at my response to a similar question in the Support Forum as the answer may apply to your site as well.

The override setting is part of the Email Users plugin settings (Dashboard > Settings > Email Users) – there is a whole page of settings to control the plugin. Email Override is one of them.

My link to the other thread is to note that no matter what you do, in some cases, your hosting provider modifies the FROM header in the email that the plugin creates and there is nothing the plugin can do about it. Some hosting providers do this, some do not.
