How to redirect to login page ,if user not logged in while downloading

    Hi,

    I really love this plugin,thankyou very much for developing the plugin ….

    I have an two questions:

    1.when user not loggedin while downloading the file ,I am getting msg like

    “You do not have permission to access this download. Go to homepage” when i click on home page its redirecting to the home page..but i want to change the text like “pls login”..when user click on the login , then he will be redirect to the login page…

    how can i do that

    2. my site basically video based.. when i use download shotcode ,its just showing the title of the file ..but i want to show the image or video type ..when user clicked on it ,then start the download

    Hello Venky.

    Thank you for your kind comments. Please find my answer below:

    1. The notification can be edited on the “Downloads > Settings > Access (tab)” page in your WordPress backend. You can update the link and text to take the user to the login page.

    2. To display more information for a download, you can either use the “Page Addon” plugin or you could also override the templates and add more information. You can learn more about it at https://www.download-monitor.com/kb/overriding-content-templates/
