Bug Report: Folder name is wrong and causes it to fail. FIX INCLUDED

The folder name for this plugin is causing the plugin to fail.

It’s currently “campaign-monitor-for-woocommerce”, and the plugin code is expecting “campaignmonitorwoocommerce”. Renaming the plugin folder makes it work.
